Arbitration

This arbitration provision is intended to survive termination of these Terms.

Nothing in this section is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted under applicable law.

Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by applicable law, arbitration or other claims arising under these Terms will be conducted on an individual basis.

Neither party may bring claims against the other as a plaintiff or member of a purported class, collective, or representative proceeding unless such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

Unless otherwise agreed by the parties or required by law, an arbitrator may not consolidate claims belonging to multiple individuals or preside over a representative or class proceeding.

Liability Disclaimer

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Termination and Access Restrictions
