Shipping Policy

Orders are generally processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day. During peak periods, processing times may take longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please allow time for the tracking information to update after the carrier receives your package.

Shipping Rates

We offer free UPS Ground shipping on orders of $50 or more.

Orders under $50 are subject to a $10 shipping fee.

Estimated Delivery

Most orders are delivered within approximately 1–3 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the carrier.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the contiguous United States and Canada.

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

Incorrect or Missing Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Urban Naturals is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect item, please submit a request through the Urban Naturals Return Center so our team can review the issue and assist you.
